About Rick Frasso
Rick Frasso is a Kingston-based tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of hands-on experience in I.T. support, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He began his journey in the late 1990s helping local residents with computer repairs — and built that one-man service into what is now SATAGI: a full-service I.T. and web solutions provider trusted by businesses across Ontario.
Known for his integrity, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to customer service, Rick has led multiple tech ventures including Response I.T. and Website Design Kingston. He remains actively involved in the Kingston business community and supports organizations like KEYS, United Way, and the Chamber of Commerce.
